Gripping serial killer thriller with Yellowstone star and eerie basic

Simple ideas with a resounding impact have a good chance of a top ranking on Netflix. In the last few months, the streamer has launched films about sharks in Paris, a woman in a container at sea and an elevator prison.

This is added the thriller Don’t Movebehind which, among others, is horror expert Sam Raimi. The simple and eerie basic idea is already in the title and gave the Netflix original number 1 in the streamer’s film charts this week. According to FlixPatrol, the film did this in 64 countries.

The story of Don’t Move is based on a simple and terrifying idea

Kelsey Asbille (part of Yellowstone from the beginning as Monica Dutton) plays Iris, a young woman who seeks refuge at the scene of the fateful accident after the loss of her son. There she meets a stranger (Finn Wittrock) who initially gives her comfort and hope. But when he gets back to her car, he tries to kidnap her. When Iris frees herself, he reveals his terrible trick to her: He injected her with a poisonwhich will immobilize her within the next 20 minutes. Iris has to fight for her life with her last remaining flexible muscles before she can no longer defend herself.

Don’t Move has an average rating of 5.9 points (out of 10) in the Moviepilot community, which roughly corresponds to the average of the English-language reviews on Rotten Tomatoes. The review of Empire also says:
