(Finance) – As part of the procedure that provides for the obligation to purchase shares Greenthesispursuant to Article 108, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 58/1998 (holding a shareholding greater than 90% of the capital), it appears that today, August 21, 2024, requests for sale for 67,950 shares have been submitted. Therefore, overall the requests for membership are at 515,736, equal to 3.34113% of the total subject to the procedure.
The offer began on August 19, 2024 and will end on September 12, 2024. Borsa Italiana reminds that ordinary shares purchased on the market on September 11 and 12, 2024 cannot be the subject of Requests for Sale.
