(Finance) – As part of the procedure that provides for the obligation to purchase shares Greenthesispursuant to Article 108, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 58/1998 (holding a shareholding greater than 90% of the capital), it appears that today, August 30, 2024, requests for the sale of 387,550 shares have been submitted.
Therefore, overall the membership requests are at 4,069,267, equal to 26.3% of the total subject to the procedure.
The offer started on August 19, 2024 and will end on September 12, 2024.
