(Finance) – Greenthesisa company listed on Euronext Milan and active in the field of environmental remediation and waste disposal, carried out the first planned capital increase of the newly invested company Carborema startup that operates in the field of design and construction of plants for the reduction and enhancement of organic waste and for the treatment of waste water in public / private companies.
The operation, as a result of which the Greenthesis stake increased from 45% to 60%, represents the first of three consequential steps that will determine, over a 3-year period, an increase in participation by up to 70%. The control will allow Greenthesis to better integrate and promote Carborem technology in line with the development plans aimed at expanding environmental services on the reference market.
