(Finance) – Greenthesisa company listed on Euronext Milan and active in the integrated management of the waste cycle, has completed the entranceto the extent of 40%, in a newco called GKSD Green Solutions with the partner GKSD (a company belonging to the San Donato Group).
The aim of the operation – we read in a note – is to combine their respective skills and know-how to develop, especially in emerging countries, activities which will concern: the design, construction, management and maintenance of waste treatment plants, solids and liquids, dangerous and non-hazardous; activity of quenching and tempering of polluted soils and groundwater; production, transformation, sale, distribution, transport, use and recovery of power.
