Greenthesis Board of Directors approves plan to 2027 revenues up

(Finance) – The BoD of Greenthesisa company listed on Euronext Milan and active in the integrated management of the waste cycle, ha approved the 2023-2027 Business Planwhich is based on organic dimensional growth and external lines according to guiding logics based on environmental sustainability, corporate sociality and technological innovation.

In terms of key objectives, the new Plan aims to achieve: a further progressive revenue growth up to 250 million euros at the end of the Plan; a greater incidence of revenues from initiatives based on the reuse and recyclability of materials; a consolidation of an average gross operating margin of approximately 22%-24%; positioning on an average net profitability of 10%; investments over the period of the Plan in excess of 100 million euros; confirmation of the increased 2022 target for distribution of dividends to shareholders; strengthening of the ESG rating.

“The new Business Plan, which will also be implemented through targeted strategic partnership agreements, reflects more and more logics of transition in place between the old and new business modelwhich is consolidating into Group dynamics in harmony with the drivers that guide and define the development of the sector in which we operate according to the principles of economic and environmental sustainability”, commented the president Giovanni Bozzetti.

The BoD also approved the consolidated financial statements for 2022which closed with revenues of 171.7 million euros (155.9 in 2021), a gross operating margin of 41.3 million euros (25.7 in 2021), a net result of 18.6 million euros (9.9 in 2021) and a net financial debt of -75.5 million euros (-69.3 in 2021).

The board proposed a dividend gross equal to 0.01885 euro, to be paid starting from 7 June 2023, with coupon detachment set for 5 June 2023 and record date 6 June 2023
