Identifications of killed in the school council soon ready
The eleven killed in the mass shooting in Örebro – including the perpetrator – has been investigated in Solna. According to the Swedish Forensic Medicines Agency, all dead will most likely be identified on Friday, reports Mitti.
-All ten victims and even the perpetrator will most likely be identified tomorrow, if it is not wrong on the DNA samples, says Lars Bröms, who leads the agency’s expert group to the newspaper on Thursday.
The group has, among other things, worked with DNA samples, fingerprints and comparing dental x-ray records from the ten reported missing with pictures of the victims’ teeth.
Now it remains only that everyone in the group gathered – forensic doctors, forensic cods and forensic genetics – and agree if it is possible to determine the identity of the dead.
– All collected material, together, will lead to us being able to identify the people, says Lars Bröms.
After that, relatives will receive the death message.
