All but two regions have a shortage of psychologists, according to the National Board of Health and Welfare. Today, only Region Värmland and Gotland claim to have enough psychologists to meet the demand, reports Dagens Nyheter.
In Sweden, the average is 86 psychologists per 100,000 inhabitants. Several regions have fewer psychologists than that.
