“Visits Stockholm’s best grocery store” and “Visit Sweden’s best ICA” are just some of the titles on Tiktok videos where customers filmed their visits to one of the country’s most famous ICA stores.
ICA Kvantum in Liljeholmen in Stockholm is, to say the least, well -sorted, and during the motto “beyond the ordinary” they have presented their delicacy counter on their website. There are meat from local producers, French seafood, fresh truffles and a cheese department that has won prizes twice.

But earlier this week, one of the customers, as in Aftonbladet, got under the name Astrida real shock. When she was going to shop for the Friday night, she saw something a little odd – in a heating cabinet in the store hung dead birds. Their heads “swallowed” and the bodies were picked from feathers. But on the head, both fourth and beak were left, something that Aftonbladet Then reported.
Astrid thought she would “vomit” when it looked “so damn bad”.

The birds are currently on the test in the store, and in the store demand is great. But unfortunately, it will take until they will be on sale. Jesper Annell is communication and marketing manager at ICA Kvantum, and to News24 He says that the pressure on the birds is great.
“Incredibly positive in the store with many who wanted to get a chance to buy or sign up on a waiting list when the birds are ready. But unfortunately it will take before it becomes relevant,” Annell writes.
When asked what the birds will cost, Annell cannot give any clear answer today.
“In terms of price it is too early to say. This is completely new to us, and a whole new project that is just just starting,” he writes to News24.
