Russia confirms that it was behind Saturday’s attack on the port of the city of Odessa in southern Ukraine.

The attack came less than 24 hours after Moscow and Kyiv reached an agreement to allow the export of millions of tonnes of grain blocked by the war. According to the agreement, Russia undertakes not to attack ports while grain is being transported.
