Ninth-graders’ grades are falling and the percentage who are eligible for upper secondary school has decreased to 83.7 percent, the Swedish National Agency for Education states in a press release.

This is a decrease of 1.5 percentage points compared to 2023, when the same figure was 85.2 percent.
