GPI Cerved confirms rating at A31

(Finance) – Cerved Rating Agency, an Italian rating agency specialized in assessing the creditworthiness of non-financial companies, has the rating confirmed at “A3.1” from GPI, a company listed on Euronext Milan and active in the field of information systems and health services. “The agency, in consideration of the results achieved in 2021 and of recent extraordinary transactions of the collection of new finance destined to hedge the important planned investments, believes that confirmation of the assigned rating class is suitable at this stage “, reads the note from Cerved.

The reference is tocapital increase against payment of 140 million euroswith the exclusion of the option right, in support of the new strategic industrial plan 2022 – 2024, which envisages, for 2024, the exceeding of 500 million euros in revenues (CAGR 21-24> 15%), of which at least 420 million deriving from organic growth and € 80 million for external lines, with an EBITDA margin of over 17%.

It is also recalled that, in May 2022, the management of GPI signed with UniCredit and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti a sustainability-linked financing of 190 million euros and which, again last May, the agreement was signed for the acquisition of Thesis Electronics and Information Systemsa leading international player in the creation of information technology solutions for the healthcare world.
