Over the years have Gordon Ramsay appeared in a series of television programs, which were broadcast worldwide. Among them are “Hell’s Kitchen”, “MasterChef” and “Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares”.
In social media, the TV chef has over 17 million followers and not entirely unexpectedly, the majority of his posts on the platform consist of cooking and recipes.
But the other day, Ramsay shared a post that had nothing to do with food.

Gordon Ramsay: “Please, please, please”
In the post, Gordon Ramsay says that he was seriously injured in connection with a bicycle accident.
– You know how much I love cycling, triathlon, Ironman and so on… Unfortunately, this week I was involved in an accident and it really shook me. Honestly, I’m lucky to be here today, he says in a video on Instagram.

He then thanks the medical staff who took care of him after the accident and then directs a clear call to his followers:
– Please, please, please, wear a helmet, because if I hadn’t, I honestly wouldn’t be standing here now.
