On her Tiktok, Arla Mat posted a video of a person cooking something they call “Swedish Wellington”. Wellington, also called “Beef Wellington” is originally an English dish that Arla on Tiktok chooses to make in a new “Swedish” twist.
In the text of the clip, Arla writes out the recipe, which includes, among other things, a falu sausage, Dijon mustard, forest mushrooms and buttermilk.

And it’s none other than the famous TV chef Gordon Ramsay who reacts to the Tiktok clip.

In classic fashion, Ramsay is, to say the least, unimpressed and baffled by the ingredients Arla chooses to use.
– Is this another part of the Muppers? asks Ramsay, referring to the character “the swedish chef”, i.e. the Swedish chef in “The Muppets”.

The TV chef seems to be most puzzled over the falu sausage.
– It’s a giant hot dog! says Gordon Ramsay when Arla shows off a falu sausage.
Traditional Wellington contains beef, i.e. beef and not pork. However, Gordon Ramsey requests moose meat in the video, and doesn’t seem to appreciate the use of the “giant hot dog”.
– It’s not a Wellington, stop now! he bursts out on Tiktok.
