A remarkable Google decision came out of Kyrgyzstan. According to the statement made by the Presidency Press Center, President Sadir Caparov signed the new Tax Law regulations that the parliament adopted on December 22, 2021.
The provisions of the new law, effective as of January 1, were published on the official website of the Presidency.
GOOGLE IS SUBJECT TO VAT IN KYRGYZSTAN
According to the law, those who do e-commerce are subject to 2 percent income tax, while foreign companies such as Google are subject to value added tax (VAT).
In addition, the use of cash registers has become mandatory for those who work in markets, mini markets, shopping centers and residences, including commercial places.
