Google wants to help you fully understand the privacy settings present in Chrome. To achieve this, the American giant has therefore developed a new feature, a Privacy Guide, which will soon be integrated into the browser settings.
The objective of this tool is to take the user by the hand to make him review all the parameters related to the security and confidentiality of his data in Chrome. It works like an assistant, and offers at each step of the process, detailed explanations on the operation and use of each of the parameters.
With this Guide, Google wants to make sure that you choose and understand how your cookies are managed, if your history is synchronized and the level of security you want to apply to your browsing.
To find it, you will have to go to the Settings of the browser, in the menu Privacy and Security. Google will begin rolling out this assistant from Google Chrome version 100 in the coming weeks.
