Success WC continues! Both Jonna Sundling and Emma Ribom brought home additional medals for Sweden in the sprint relay. The duo could boast of a first place after a real thrilling sprint.
Throughout the race, the Americans were in the lead and pushed hard. And in the end it was between the Americans, the Norwegians and the Swedes. But in the last minutes, Jonna Sundling makes a super sprint and completely crushes the opposition.
In the end it will be gold for Sweden, silver for Norway and the Americans had to settle for bronze.
It looked bleak for Sweden at the start of the men’s WC battle – Calle Halfvarsson and Edvin Anger fell far short of the podium places. But after a real fight, they managed to take fifth place.
Kläbo’s incredible advance resulted in an obvious gold for the neighbors in Norway.
