Out of the country’s 290 municipalities, the municipality of Gnosjö thus places itself at the top of the quality index for home care, which is published for the first time ever.
The survey looked at everything from how easy it is to find information, to the quality of the home service. How the aid assessment works and what opportunities there are to influence, for example.
– We are particularly proud that we are 100 percent satisfied with the staff’s treatment, says Elisabeth Andersson.
Gislaved worst in the county
The county’s largest municipality, Jönköping, comes in fifth place. The worst home care in Jönköping County is found in Gislaved Municipality, which is ranked 264.
The aim of the survey is for the index to make it possible to follow the development of the quality of home care from year to year.
