Gnistan beat AC Oulu 1–0 in the Veikkausliiga challenger series. Scored the goal Jonas Enkerud in the 53rd minute.
At the same time, Gnistan secured a place in the Veikkausliiga Eurofinal tournament. Since KuPS won the Finnish Cup, the top two in the challenger series will qualify for the Euro final tournament. Gnistan leads the challenger series and will surely remain in the top two.
