(Finance) – The value of the index IGI (Italian Gas Index) for 4 October it is equal to 40.83 €/MWh, slightly lower than on 3 October which stood at 40.89 €/MWh.
The index, calculated daily by Energy Markets Manager – GMEprovides a tool for interpreting and evaluating the dynamics observed on the gas markets in Italy and is proposed as a transparent and replicable reference by operators for hedging operations and/or supply contracts.
