GME, IGI index drops to 30.71 euros/Mwh

Gas EIA storage up more than expected 35 BCF

(Finance) – The value of the index IGI (Italian Gas Index) for 2 February it is equal to 30.71 €/MWh, down compared to 1 February which stood at 31.41 €/MWh.

The index, calculated daily by Energy Markets Manager – GME, provides a tool for interpreting and evaluating the dynamics observed on the gas markets in Italy and is proposed as a transparent and replicable reference by operators for hedging operations and/or supply contracts.
