(Finance) – The Minister of Economy, Giancarlo Giorgetti, stressed the importance of the connection between birth rate and “demographic winter” for the future of the country, during a speech at the Rimini Meeting. “It is a crucial theme for imagining the future of Italy,” Giorgetti said.
Speaking about the role of bankssaid that these they cannot be limited to being “algorithms” in front of entrepreneurs, people “made of heart and soul”, insisting on the importance of going beyond numbers to support the idea of an enterprise that turns into a business.
Giorgetti also addressed the Industry 5.0 challengecalling it “complex” due to the constraints imposed by Brussels, which would have limited its use to specific sectors linked to the energy transition. However, he reiterated the government’s commitment to extending the application of Industry 5.0 to training.
