In addition to Avatar and its upcoming sequel, Avatar 2: The Way of Water, director James Cameron has been in recent years also works as a producer. This includes the Robert Rodriguez blockbuster Alita: Battle Angel, which we consider to be one of the best sci-fi hits of recent history.

Alita: Battle Angel Producer Teases Possible Sci-Fi Sequel
With a budget of just under $200 million, Alita: Battle Angel only grossed around $400 million worldwide. As a result, the sci-fi blockbuster is considered a flop. plans for a sequel there is nonetheless. According to Collider, producer Jon Landau spoke upbeat about it now on the red carpet at the Avatar 2 premiere:
Well, there’s a little movie called Alita: Battle Angel, which we would love to return to and make a sequel toand I have with Robert [Rodriguez] talked about it and hopefully it will bear fruit.
Such a statement is still a long way from concrete plans. Nevertheless, Alita 2 has not yet been written off and there is hope again that the sci-fi hit will possibly be continued. Next, you can watch Avatar 2 first, which will be released on December 14th starts in cinemas.
