In the city of Cadaqués in Catalonia, Spain, floods caused by heavy rains swept away dozens of cars on Friday.
According to the Spanish newspaper El Mundo, people in Valencia are dissatisfied with the actions of the regional government and are demanding a regional president Carlos Mazónia to resign.
