If you know the TV series A Gun for All Cases from the 80s, The Fall Guy may seem familiar, as the film took inspiration from the classic.
Stuntman Colt Seavers (Gosling) has his best years in the job behind him, but when he’s supposed to double for Hollywood star Tom Ryder (Aaron Taylor-Johnson), he returns to the set. His success is short-lived because the mega-star suddenly disappears without a trace. In order to save the film and win back the heart of his ex-girlfriend and director Jody Moreno (Blunt), he volunteers to locate the missing man.

David Leitch has all sorts of action experience. As a director, he directed blockbuster giants such as Deadpool 2 and Hobbs & Shaw. But he was also in front of the camera worked as a stuntman for a long time and knows what dangerous backbreaking work the crew does to give us a big screen spectacle.
