They receive money if they retire
Are you 64 years or older, work in the child and youth administration and reside in Falköping? Then you can get three monthly salaries to retire, reports Falköping’s newspaper.
– We need to reduce our organization and then we open up for this, says Falköping’s school manager Anneli Alm.
The reason for the offer given to the employees is when the Child and Youth Administration in Falköping for the autumn term of 2025 must cut down on the number of employees. In total, 46 full -time workers need to disappear, as a result of a reduced number of pupils in both preschool and school.

– It can be one and it can be ten. Then you have to decide on it from an economic perspective, says Alm.
Anyone who chooses to accept the offer will receive a lump sum of three monthly salaries, excluding salary supplements and any holiday pay, writes Falköpings Tidning.
