In Germany’s North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) state, about 40 people were injured due to storms and tornadoes. In the Rhineland-Palatina state, 1 person died as a result of electric shock in the basement of his flooded house.
In the statement made by the police, especially in the city of Paderborn, heavy damage was caused by the severe storm.

Due to the storm and hail, the roofs of some houses were blown off, the windows of some were broken.
About 40 people were reported injured in various ways, some seriously, due to adverse weather conditions.
DIED AS A RESULT OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
Police announced that the 38-year-old man in Wittgert died as a result of an electric shock in the basement of his house, which was flooded due to heavy rains.
