(Finance) – German industrial orders rebounded in October. According to theNational Statistical Office Destatisthere was an increase in orders of 0.8% on a monthly basis, while the consensus was for a more limited climb, or 0.1% after -2.9% in the previous month (data revised from -4% ).
Compared to the same month of the previous year, orders are down by 3.2% against the previous -9.8%.
In detail, the home orders fell 1.9% from the previous month while those foreign recorded an increase of 2.5%.
