(Finance) – Economic conditions in Germany worsen in June, according to the latest survey conducted byIFO Institutewhich incorporates expectations for the months ahead.
The IFO index stood at 88.6 points compared to 89.3 points in May and compares with the 89.4 points estimated by the consensus.
However, the index is stable on current conditions and stands at 88.3 points as in May, against a timid rise to 88.4 expected by analysts.
The sub-index relating to expectations also worsened, standing at 89 points from the previous 90.3, also in this case lower than the market estimates (91).
