The German Twitch streamer Kevin “Papaplatte” Teller (24) told a story in a podcast about a Tinder date that was bizarre. But one interlocutor, actress Kayla Shyx, enlightened him on how to understand the situation. That wasn’t so funny anymore.
What was that situation? In the video podcast “Edeltalk” on 13.11. Papaplatte started talking about dating. The gaming streamer told a joke from his life, which he apparently found funny, as reported by the ingame site:
My favorite story, I think it was also a Tinder date, we also had sex like that and then we weren’t done in 30 seconds. How you stop after that – you just go take a shower. I didn’t take a long shower, maybe two minutes. She’s Facetime with six friends playing a game of UNO on her cell phone. I thought it was so fucking awkward.”
From his point of view Papaplatte had gotten a strange partner.

“What is this now?”
How did the discussion go against him then?? Children’s Channel actress Kayla Shyx was also invited to the podcast. She has played there since 2016 in the docu-soap “Die Mädchen-WG”. She also runs a YouTube channel.
She didn’t laugh at the story like the two men present, but looked a little skeptical. Shyx pointedly pointed out to the Twitch streamer that he had “delivered correctly”.
Papaplatte looks at her piqued and asks: “What’s that supposed to mean now?”
If she plays UNO afterwards, I guess you didn’t entertain her…
The actress says, “Well Diggah, so No Front, but if she’s fucking playing UNO right after that, you provided so little entertainment that UNO was the next best thing.”
Papaplatte realizes the situation he’s gotten himself into and says: “No, I’m not going to put up with that now.” But then he also gets a broadside from his podcast partner, Dominik Reezmann, who complains about the situation deliciously amused.
The actress continues: “Hey, have you never thought about it?”
But Papaplatte is now in defensive mode: The evening couldn’t have gone so badly, he explains. After all, the date remained 30 minutes to brush your teeth.
But Shyx is merciless: “Brushed your teeth for half an hour — and that’s why you think she liked you?”
The streamer then tells the actress that they have just decided never to invite her again.

In the meantime, Papaplatte was one of the most successful German streamers, even in a global comparison. Apparently, many of his viewers like his clumsy nature, which always gets him into trouble.
Papaplatte is almost legendary for being constantly banned from Twitch. Especially in 2020 he had a real streak and got 7 bans in one year:
