Russia’s large-scale hybrid actions against Western targets increase the risk that Article 5 of the military alliance NATO will be activated, obliging member countries to help each other.

This is the opinion of the director of the German foreign intelligence Bruno Kahl speaking today in Berlin at the event of the Dgap think tank in Berlin.
