A football player Marco Reus will move to the ranks of the Los Angeles Galaxy playing in the MLS series with a 2.5-year contract, the club confirms on its website.
The 35-year-old German player represented the German club Dortmund for the previous 12 seasons. In 12 seasons, Reus played a whopping 429 matches in Dortmund’s shirt.
Reus has been chosen as German footballer of the year twice and Bundesliga player of the year three times.
“Reus is a world-class player who has excelled at the highest level of the sport, including playing in two Champions League finals in Dortmund and the men’s World Cup with Germany,” said the club’s general manager. Will Kuntz.
The Los Angeles Galaxy are currently at the top of the MLS Western Conference. The head coach of the club Greg Vanney is pleased that an agreement was reached with the German icon.
