Germany’s government has agreed on a plan to legalize cannabis, the health minister announced today. According to the plan, adults will be allowed to possess up to 30 grams and sales will take place in licensed shops.
The goal is to get rid of the black drug market and the next step is to investigate whether the plan is compatible with EU legislation.
