The real estate company Genova Property has redeemed outstanding bond loans of SEK 410 million. The bond loan has run with a coupon of 3 months STIBOR plus 5.25 percent and the repayment is financed with existing liquidity. During 2023, Genova has focused on being well prepared for our bond maturities and it is positive that we can handle the current maturity with existing liquidity. The focus going forward is to continue to protect the balance sheet and ensure good liquidity,” comments CEO Michael Moschewitz.
