Genocide of the Tutsis in Rwanda the ICC must decide

Prosecuted for genocide and crimes against humanity committed in 1994 in Rwanda, Félicien Kabuga suffers from multiple health problems, including Alzheimer’s disease. His trial has been suspended since February. The judges of the UN Mechanism in charge of trying the ex-Rwandan businessman must now decide whether or not he is fit to stand trial.
