(Telestock) – General Insurance he announced that he had purchasedwithin the scope of the share buyback programme, from 15 to 19 July 2024 in total 1,266,564 treasury shares at the weighted average price of 23.38 euros, for a counter value equal to 29.613.848,99 euro.
Following the purchases made, as of July 19, the Company and its subsidiaries hold 27,152,018 treasury shares, equal to 1.73% of the share capital.
