(Finance) – Delfin, holding company of Leonardo Del Vecchio, and the CRT Foundation have dissolved the consultation agreement on General.
In a note, the two companies communicate the termination, on March 27, of the shareholders’ agreement for consultation, signed on September 10, 2021 by Delfin and some companies of the Caltagirone Group, concerning the Assicurazioni Generali shares held by them, to which CRT Foundation joined on September 17, 2021 as regards the Generali shares it owns.
“The purposes for which it was set up are no longer valid”, explain Delfin and the CRT Foundation, in the press release.
