(Finance) – Francesco Gaetano Caltagirone will present a long list of candidates for the entire renewal of the board of directors of General at the next meeting of 29 April 2022. This was announced by VM 2006, a company owned by the Roman entrepreneur and shareholder of the Trieste insurance company, specifying that the list it will include candidates for the office of chairman and chief executive officer “of adequate standing” and a number of directors “suitable to cover all the positions of the board of directors”.
