(Finance) – General Insurance communicated that he had purchasedas part of the share buyback programme, from 9 to 13 December 2024 in total 1,216,181 treasury shares at the weighted average price of 27.94 euros, for one countervalue equal to 33,976,544.32 euros.
As of December 13, the Company and its subsidiaries held 47,994,953 treasury shares, equal to 3.06% of the share capital.
Following the operations carried out, General Insurance announced that he had the share buyback program concluded for the purposes of their cancellation, having fully implemented the resolution of the Shareholders’ Meeting of 24 April 2024 which authorized the purchase of treasury shares for a maximum outlay of 500,000,000 euros. The weighted average purchase price of the 19,635,081 treasury shares was €25.36.
