Generalfinance increases the RCF credit facility to 173 million euros

(Tiper Stock Exchange) – generalfinancea company listed on Euronext STAR Milan and a financial intermediary specializing in factoring for distressed SMEs, has finalized a increase in the amount of the medium/long-term revolving loan agreement stipulated with some Italian banks (RCF line) from the previous 133 million euro to 173 million euro.

In particular, the increase of the RCF line was subscribed by the following banks: Intesa Sanpaolo, formerly Mandated Lead Arranger, Bookrunner and Financier Bank, which increased its stake from 20 to 45 million euro; Banca Santa Giulia, the new lending bank, which subscribed a stake of 5 million euro; Cassa di Risparmio di Asti, the new lending bank, which subscribed a stake of 5 million euro; Banca Cassa di Risparmio di Savigliano, the new lending bank, which subscribed a stake of 5 million euro.

In addition to the banks mentioned, the following are part of the pool: BPM desk (Agent Bank and lending bank), Crédit Agricole Italia (as Mandated Lead Arranger, Bookrunner and lending banks), BCC Milano, BPER Bank, Bank Monte dei Paschi di Siena, Bank DesioBanca Popolare di Bari and Banca Galileo, for one total of 12 lenders.
