Gender Equality INPS adopts Operational Plan for the implementation of

(Finance) – INPS’s path to promote gender equality continues. The Institute has, in fact, adopted the Operational Plan for the implementation of the Guidelines on the subject of “Gender Equality Policy in INPS”. “This is – explains the INPS in a note – a fundamental document for implementing the gender equality management system in the Institute, which identifies the areas of gender equality in organizational processes, declares the equality objectives, defines the indicators, the relative methods of monitoring and updating them over time”.
The Plan outlines the path to implement the intentions expressed through the Institute’s Equality Policy with the commitment to achieve, monitor, measure and evaluate the results achieved, with a view to gender equality, on the following topics: hiring and career, pay equity, parenting and care, work-life balance, prevention of abuse and harassment .

“A further decisive step for INPS’s long-term commitment to systematically monitoring actions in favor of equality, to intervene and overcome any critical issues, to promote an increasingly fair and inclusive working environment. These – declares the general director Vincenzo Caridi – are the prerequisites for continuing the path already started towards the gender equality certification of the Institute”.
