(Finance) – Gefran announced that he had purchasedas part of the treasury share purchase program, from 13 to 17 November 2023, a total of 11,265 ordinary shares at an average price of 7.3522 euros per share, for a countervalue equal to 82,822.56 euros.
Following the purchases made, Gefran holds a total of 164,784 ordinary shares equal to 1.14% of the share capital.
