(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Gefran reported that he has purchasedfrom 5 to 9 June 2023, overall 3,545 ordinary shares at an average price of 9.4708 euros per share, for a counter value equal to 33,574 eurosas part of the treasury share buyback program launched on November 14, 2022.
Following the purchases made, Gefran holds a total of 135,705 ordinary shares equal to 0.94% of the share capital.
