(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Gefran reported that he has purchasedfrom 9 to 13 January 2023, overall 7,274 ordinary shares at an average price of 9.6627 euros per share, for a counter value equal to 70,286.17 euros.
Following the purchases made, Gefran holds a total of 68,122 ordinary shares equal to 0.47% of the share capital.
The program falls within the terms of the delegation granted to the Board of Directors by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 28 April 2022 and was launched on 14 November 2022. The Shareholders’ Meeting authorized the purchase of up to a maximum of 1,440,000 shares ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1.00 euro each. The transactions, implemented according to current legislation, must be carried out within 18 months of the authorization by the shareholders’ meeting.
On the Milanese price list, today, the day is weak for Gefranwhich brings home a drop of 0.78%.
