Gefran 1st quarter revenues up by 25 Shareholders renew BoD

(Finance) – Theshareholders’ meeting Of Gefrana company listed on Euronext Star Milan and active in the production of sensors, electronic components, drives and control systems for the automation of industrial machines, has approved the budget relating to the 2022 financial year and the proposal of the Board of distribute a dividend equal to 0.40 euro for each entitled share. The detachment of the dividend is scheduled for May 08, 2023, the record date May 9, 2023, and the payment date for May 10, 2023. The coupon number representing the dividend is 18.

The shareholders also set the number of members at 9 BoD for the three-year period 2023-2025 (in line with the previous three-year period) and appointed the members who will remain in office until the approval of the financial statements as at 31 December 2025. The majority list includes Maria Chiara Franceschetti, Andrea Franceschetti, Giovanna Franceschetti, Marcello Perini, Alessandra Maraffini, Enrico Zampedri, Cristina Mollis and Giorgio Metta. Luigi Franceschetti was nominated in the minority list.

The new BoD has appointed Maria Chiara Franceschetti as presidentAndrea Franceschetti and Giovanna Franceschetti as vice-presidents and Marcello Perini as TO.

Gefran has also announced that i first quarter revenues 2023 grew by 2.5%.

“The first quarter of 2023 ended with revenues growing compared to the same period of the previous year and with margins which, although lower than that of the first quarter of 2022, remain very positive and higher than our expectations – said the CEO – We expect a confirmation of this trend in the rest of the year“.
