(Tiper Stock Exchange) – GE Veronathe company that encompasses the activities in the energy field of General Electrichas acquired Greenbird Integration Technology, a utility-focused data integration platform company. The acquisition highlights GE Vernova’s commitment to investing in technologies and talent that help accelerate the sustainable energy grid.

There platform will accelerate GridOS, the world’s first software portfolio designed specifically for grid orchestration, adding new capabilities to connect systems and integrate data across the network more easily and at scale. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
