A section of Governors Road East was closed for about an hour on Wednesday following reports of a gas leak.
The incident occurred at about 12:54 pm and the section of road closed off was between St. George Road, Park Road and Park Road North from Powerline Road to Governors Road. It was reopened about an hour later following repairs by emergency crews.
No one was hurt and no property was damaged as a result of the gas leak, police said.
