(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Garofalo Health Carewith reference to the buyback program for ordinary treasury shares authorized by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 29 April 2022, communicated that, from 27 to 30 December 2022, purchased 12,616 GHC shares equal to 0.01% of the share capital, at the average price of 3.6462 euro per share, for a counter value total equal to 46,000.37 euros.
Following the announced purchases, as of 2 January, the company active in the accredited private healthcare sector holds 1,295,113 ordinary treasury shares, equal to 1.44% of the share capital.
