The gang went to the young woman’s home in Kristianstad.
There they raped her several times.
Now both are sentenced to long prison sentences.
Last spring, the two men, and a third man, went to the home of a young woman in Kristianstad.
The woman was at home with a girl friend and states herself that their plan was to buy drugs from the third man.
When he got to her house, two of his friends had come along. The men had with them nitrous oxide tubes with which they got drunk.
Pretty soon, the woman started sending messages to her friend, who was still at her house.
There she pleaded for help.
Threatened and raped the woman
“He wants me to touch him”, and “I don’t want to”, “He doesn’t listen” and “No, he nags”, the messages said, among other things.
The woman’s friend replied that she would sit next to her instead.
But the man did not stop. He later forced her to perform sexual acts on him before raping her.
The other man then started raping her as well.
The men threatened and violated the woman while filming parts of the rapes.
The next day, the woman sought care. In her medical record, it appears that she had several injuries.
It also appears that she had several different preparations in her body, and the police suspect that the men wanted her to take the drugs to make it harder to say no or resist.
Sentenced to prison
The police connect the three men to the “Challan” network in Kristianstad – a criminal network that has been involved in several violent conflicts in the city.
After the men were reported for the rapes, they threatened the woman and several of the witnesses, something which the district court considers to have affected the investigation.
It also appears that the woman has been very afraid of the men.
The men, who are 20 and 24 years old, are now sentenced to five years in prison and five years and six months in prison for aggravated rape.
Both deny the crime, but state that they “had sex with the woman”.
