The man from the Södertälje network who was sentenced to prison in an Encrochat case last autumn is now being prosecuted for serious threats against four prison guards. The events must have taken place in connection with a transfer in January last year at Kronoberg Detention Center.
The prosecutor believes that the man’s threats have been strengthened with his violent capital, in connection with the Södertälje network, it appears in the lawsuit. The man denies any wrongdoing in the new indictment.
The man was sentenced last autumn to five years and two months in prison in a high-profile Enrochat case, and is also sentenced to six months in prison in a large drug and weapons case in Uppsala.
